Job Description:
A private Catholic school serving students with learning disabilities in grades K-12th grade seeks highly qualified, self-motivated, student-centered special education teachers to join its professional learning community. 6:1 Student-to-teacher ratio with paraprofessional classroom support.
Job Summary:
The successful team member will understand the teaching and learning process needed to support students with autism and learning disabilities. They will also be familiar with ABA therapies and trauma-informed behavior models.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree (master’s preferred) in special education (social/emotional disabilities) with a valid Missouri Teaching Certificate with certification for teaching Special Education.
