Christian Brothers College High School, an all-boys, Catholic school is accepting applications for a full time Mathematics teacher for the 2024-2025 school year, with the ability to teach AP Calculus AB/BC and AP Statistics classes. CBC High School is committed to providing a college preparatory education to students from all backgrounds. As a Lasallian school, CBC's faculty and staff are dedicated to helping every student realize the maximum potential of his God-given talents and abilities.
JOB SUMMARY:
The successful candidate will be able to:
-Work collaboratively as part of a team in a Professional Learning Community.
-Effectively manage the classroom environment.
-Differentiate instruction to challenge and meet the needs of all students.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Masters degree in Mathematics (this is a firm requirement)
-Valid Missouri teaching certification (Grades 9-12)
-Three or more successful years of teaching experience preferred but NOT required
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
-Student-centered philosophy of education
-Commitment to the school, its Lasallian mission, and to private, Catholic education
-Knowledge of current educational theory and best practices
-Demonstrated commitment to supporting student growth in and out of the classroom
-Adaptable to organizational change and changes in the field of education
-Familiarity with aspects of a digital learning environment
-Effective oral and written communication skills
-Ability to build trusting relationships with all community stakeholders
